PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance bonding strength by interposing a metallic film and a metallic binder between a 1st member made of Al compd. ceramics and a 2nd member made of a metal or ceramics so that the film is positioned on the 1st member side and the binder on the 2nd member side and heating them. SOLUTION: A metallic film 52 of 0.1-20μm thickness is formed on the joining face 50a of a 1st member 50 made of Al compd. ceramics. The 1st member 50 and a 2nd member 51 made of a metal or ceramics are placed oppositely to each other, a metallic binder 53 different from the metallic film 52 in the kind of metal is interposed between the film 52 and the joining face 51a of the 2nd member 51, and they are heated to form a joining layer 54 with a continuous phase made of the binder 53 and a dispersed phase made of an intermetallic compd. formed in the continuous phase between the 1st and 2nd members 50, 51.
