The connection is used in civil engineering for building of cold storage chambers the joints of which are closed by expansion. It has an increased supporting power and guaranteed impermeability. The connection is in the form of a double-layer dowel made of an external coating (5) stressed after the expension of the internal layer (4). Peaks (6) of the bending (7) are closely resting in the elastic coating (5). The smaller projecting part (3) of dowel (1) sealing the joint and produced after the expension of the internal layer (4) is fitted in the clearance (2) between two adjacent peaks (6)./!
