<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feed cassette device which can effectively reduce a double feed and mispicking when paper is fed, by changing pressing force by a pressing plate corresponding to size of recording paper. SOLUTION: A device comprises a paper feed cassette main unit constituted capable of setting a plurality of sheets of paper P, paper guide 2 equipped in this paper feed cassette main unit, paper pressing plate 4 pressing up a feed part side of the paper P to a side of a paper feed roller 3 with a total unit of the paper P in the paper feed cassette main unit serving as the object and a spring member 5 energizing pressing force to this paper pressing plate 4. A spring elasticity reinforcing mechanism 6, which strengthens elasticity of the spring member 5 is provided, in feeding the paper P of broad width between the paper pressing plate 4 and the spring member 5.</p> |
