PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a solid shrinkage reducing agent excellent in shrinkage reducing effects on a cement and obtain a premix cement composition which is a powder excellent in long-term storage stability. SOLUTION: The characteristic of this solid cement shrinkage reducing agent comprises one or more selected from an esterified substance of an alkylhydroxycarboxylic acid with an alkanediol, trimethylolethane and trimethylolpropane contained therein. Furthermore, the cement composition comprises at least a cement, a cement dispersing agent and the solid cement shrinkage reducing agent. |
