PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly disperse fibers in a plate to increase the reinforcing effect without entangling fibers even in a dry forming process by using cement, silicate source material (A), wood chips, wood fibers or alkali-resistant synthetic fibers (B) and water as the main components and specifying the compounding ratio of wood chips to wood fibers or the component (B). SOLUTION: The compounding ratio of wood chips to wood fibers (having 10-100μm average fiber diameter and 1-10mm average fiber length) is 4:1 to 1:1, while the ratio of wood chips to the component (B) (having 100-300μm average fiber diameter and 1-10mm average fiber length) is 30:1 to 6:1. The amt. of cement added is 40-60 pts.wt. and Portland cement or the like is used. The amt. of the component (A) (such as diatomaceous earth) is 10-20 pts.wt. and its particle size is controlled to the same as the source material for the production of a cement plate. The amt. of wood chips (having about 5mm thickness) added is 5-15 pts.wt. and the source material for the production of a cement plate is used. Fibers of craft pulp, polypropylene, etc., are used. The add. amt. of org. component such as wood chips and fibers is 15-18 pts.wt. The water is added by about 40 pts.wt.
|
