SOLUTION: A pump driven by a motor via a dry battery serving as a power source for discharging the washing water is stored in a main body 2 having a nozzle 1 discharging the washing water. A water storage container 5 for storing the washing water is removably connected to the main body 2, and the water storage container 5 can be covered on the main body 2 when no water is stored in it.
