PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the mold-releasability of a corrugate molding unit to gears or racks, no anxiety of releasing and dropping, to improve the connecting strength between cell walls, to provide difficulty of releasing, excellent adhesive properties of resin adhered and impregnated as posttreatment, to prevent the crack, craze or release in a simple and easiy production at advantageous cost. SOLUTION: A prepreg sheet 2 made of fiber-reinforced plastic is sandwiched double between cloth sheets 8 having air permeability and treated with releasability and resin-adsorbing sheets 9 having releasability, supplied to a corrugate molding machine, and heated and pressurized to mold corrugated sheets having roughed outer surfaces. After the sheets 8, 9 are removed, a plurality of the molded corrugated sheets are superposed, and connected to manufacture a honeycomb core. |
