PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an injection molding having no resin flash or steps and covering up to the end peripheral part of its surface with a coat by inserting a coating film in the mold, after that, injection molding molten resin, and coating the end peripheral part of the injection molding with the coating film. SOLUTION: A coating film 6 having an area sufficient to cover through the end peripheral part of an injection molding is put around the projection 4 having a resin injection port 3 in the male mold 1 of an injection mold comprising a male mold 1 with a grooved part 5 and a female mold 2 with a recess respectively formed therein. Following this, the male mold 1 and female mold 2 are clamped, then, molten vinyl chloride resin 7 is injected to fill the cavity, and by heat of molten resin, a base material layer of the covering film 6 is welded to resin. The molding obtained is coated with the film 6 through its end peripheral part, and thereby takes on an excellent appearance. |
