PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality of a skin-integrated molded product by a method wherein a tip of the end of the skin is buried in a resin basic material. SOLUTION: A skin-integrated molded product is composed of a polypropylene resin base material 1, and the skin 2 bonded integrally to the resin base material 1 coated by a surface of the resin base material, and made in a U-shaped box in its section. A groove part 11 opening to an end surface of a tip is formed at an end part of the resin base material 1. Then, the skin 2 covers an outside surface of the end part 10 and a part of the tip end surface, and a tip of a terminal 22 is buried in the groove part 11. The skin 2 is composed of a polyurethane foamed layer 20, and a polyvinylchloride skin layer 21 laminated integrally on a surface of the foamed layer 20. Therefore, the tip of the end 22 of the skin is not exposed outside, and the foamed layer 20 of polyurethane or the like laminated on a rear surface of the skin layer 2 are provided, and the gap between the resin base material 1 and the foamed layer 20 is filled, and its appearance quality can be further improved. |
