PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit perpendicular vibrations and horizontal vibrations generated in a hurdle for a ceiling section and an interiorly finished ceiling and to facilitate the execution of works. SOLUTION: This structure consists of protruding sections 6a formed to a plurality of girders 6 for fixing a plurality of vibration-isolating floating beams 7, first vibrationproof rubbers 8 interposed among the protruding sections 6a and the vibration-isolating floating beams 7 when the vibration-isolating floating beams 7 are fixed onto the protruding sections 6a, and second vibrationproof rubbers 9A, 9B not brought into contact when the vibration- isolating floating beams 7 are vibrated perpendicularly and mounted so as to absorb the horizontal vibrations of the vibration-isolating floating beams 7 when the floating beams 7 are vibrated horizontally. A hurdle 5 is fixed onto a plurality of the vibration-isolating floating beams 7 through connecting members 10.
