PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of piping work in attaching of a communicating pipe to a gas pipe. SOLUTION: Gas is stopped by inserting a stopper 5 from a stopper inserting hole formed on a gas pipe 1. The gas pipe 1 is cut between the stopper 5 and the stopper inserting hole. A T-coupling 7 is connected to the cut part 1a, a communicating pipe 13 is connected to a branch port 9, a non-leakage working bag is attached on an outflow port 10 side of the T-coupling 7, the stopper 5 is drawn to the bag, and a blocking tool 12 previously inserted in the bag 11 is attached to the outflow port 12, so as to be blocked. |
