PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent danger from occurring by opening and closing a cover for the upper part opening on the ground without going up to the top part of a container in relation to the container for waste carried by marine transportation. SOLUTION: An openable and closable canvas cover 1 is fixed on the upper opening 21 of a container 20 and is reinforced with a reinforcing ring 8 and is stretched and contracted by a bellows system. A fixed ring 3 on which the cover 1 and a wire rail 2 are fixed and a ring 10 only one end of which is fixed on the cover 1 and another end of which is slid on the wire rail 2 is provided on the end of the cover 1 and when a handle 12 is rotated and operated to move a chain up and down, as a sprocket 5 and a pulley 7 with a rotating shaft 6 are rotated and the wirerail 2 are moved left and right, the cover 1 is slid through a fixed ring 3 fixed thereon and opened and closed. Opening and closing of the cover 1 can be safely performed thereby on the ground. |
