<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate the operation information obtained for each production facility by a single intensive analyzing device. SOLUTION: When a production line A is operated, the operation information of facilities 1a to 1n are collected by independent facility controllers 2a to 2m in real time. The facility controllers 2a to 2m transmit the collected information to an operation information obtaining unit 11 when the preset time interval and the state are changed. The transmitted information is concentrically analyzed by the preset condition by an information concentrative analyzing device 13, the supporting information is manually input from a supporting information input device 12 as necessary, added to a part related to the concentrically analyzed information, displayed on a displaying device 14 and recorded in a recording device 15 as necessary, or the recorded information is renewed.</p> |
