<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disperse irregularity of coating with 1st intermediate rolls and to prevent transfer of lap pattern by executing shape control of a rolled stock with AS-U rolls as oscillating the 1st intermediate rolls during rolling. SOLUTION: First, the positions of the 1st intermediate rolls when performance functionϕbecomesϕ>ϕ0.5 orϕ<=ϕ0.5 are taken as the center positions of oscillation and the position of the 1st upper intermediate roll is expressed by PCU, the position of the 1st lower intermediate roll by PCD and they are repectively stored. The amount of shift per time of the 1st intermediate roll is expressed byΔP, an shift interval byΔt and the number of step by (n) and they are respectively set from the outside. In this way, the 1st intermediate rolls are stepwise shifted around the respective positions PCU, PCD. And, when the amountΔP of shift is made smaller, the shift intervalΔt is made enough larger and the 1st intermediate rolls are intermittently oscillated while executing shape control with the AS-U rolls, irregularity of coating is suppressed.</p> |
