PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a high heat-sealing strength by specifying the composition of an olefinic copolymer and also heat-sealing conditions and making the sealing (bonding) of a polyamide film of a solid phase and an ethylenic copolymer film of a liquid phase through a solid-liquid reaction. SOLUTION: In a bag made of polyamide, which is formed into a bag shape by heat-sealing polyamide films 11, a film 12 of an ethylenic copolymer which is a multi-copolymer prepared by copolymerizing ethylene at least with a radically polymerizable acid anhydride and whose unit originating in the radically polymerizable acid anhydride in the multi-copolymer is 0.1-20wt.%, is interposed between the polyamide films 11 at least at a heat-sealed part 20.
