PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust the position of a handled plastic bottle to enhance a molding cycle by feeding a handle member to a predetermined position to insert the same in an insertion type holder and moving the handle member in this state to set the same to the handle setting part in a blow mold to perform blow molding. SOLUTION: A handle member 2 having an engaging part 21 at the end part thereof is grasped by a grasping type holder to be fed to an insertion type holder 6 set to a predetermined position and the engaging part 21 of the handle member 2 is inserted in the insertion type holder 8. Subsequently, the insertion type holder 6 having the handle member 2 inserted therein is moved to set the handle member 2 to the handle setting part 31 in an opened blow mold and, in this state, the blow mold is closed to perform blow molding. For example, the grasping holder is equipped with bifurcated grip parts 52 at the leading end of its arm and has a drive part moving the grip part 52 to a predetermined position.
