<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gas purifying treatment ability by reducing the ventilation resistance of a gas channel in a gas purifier as well as to thinly forming the gas purifier, and extending gas remaining hour in a reactor so that gas can receive more electrolytic energy. SOLUTION: This gas purifier is equipped with a first ring electrode 1 in which a plurality of projections are continued on its surface, a second electrode 2 on which a dielectric layer 21 is attached on its surface, a high pressure power supply 3 connected between the electrodes 1, 2 and a reaction vessel 4 in which both electrodes 1, 2 are stored. An internal space in the reaction vessel 4 is formed in a flat cylindrical shape. In the reaction vessel 4, the first electrode 1 and a gas introducing opening 42 are arranged on one internal flat side 41, and the second electrode 2 is arranged on the other internal flat side 43. The projections of the first electrode 1 and the dielectric layer 21 of the second electrode 2 are oppositely arranged having a predetermined interval.</p> |
