<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece structural body for a high temperature pressure resistant hose, in which gas seal performance is held even under the condition that heat cycle load in the range of the ordinary temperature to 200 deg.C is repeatedly applied. SOLUTION: A hose A in which a glass fiber yarn blade a1 is sandwiched by a PFA (copolymer of tetra-fluoroethylene and perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether) tube a2 and a PFA heat shrinkable tube a3 is inserted between a metallic mouthpiece 10 on which saw tooth-like protrusions 10a are provided, and a metallic cover 11 in which groove parts 11a are provided on the parts facing the protrusions 10a, the hose A is compressed and pinched by the cover 11 and the mouthpiece 10 by caulking of the cover 11, and the excluded volume ratioαby caulking is set in the range of 10 to 30%. By this structure, a mouth piece structural body excellent in gas sealing performance in a mouthpiece part can be provided also under the thermal high-loading condition.</p> |
