发明名称 METHOD FOR SCRUBBING OF GASES FROM SULPHUR DIOXIDE WITH LOWER CONCENTRATIONS
摘要 The method is applied in the power industry and the chemical industry for the desulphurization of exhaust fumes. By the method, sulphur dioxide is adsorbed in a magnetically stabilized fluidized bed of synthetic anionite sorbent and the absorbent is regenerated by treatment in sulphite-bisulphite solution, the magnetic stabilization being effected by a magnetic field. In the adsorbent manufacture, ferromagnetic particles are built into its granules or a standard adsorbent is mixed with neutral granules which form ferromagnetic particles with plastic coating. The technological operations occur in the following order. Gases having low sulphur dioxide concentration enter the lower part of the adsorber, are evenly distributed along its section, get across the fluidized bed of magnetically stabilized adsorbent in which the sulphure dioxide is absorbed, and go out of the upper part of the adsorber. After sulphur dioxide saturation, the fixed adsorption layer is regenerated by a solution of sodium sulphite-bisulphite or of ammonium sulphite-bisulphite after which it can be reused in the production cycle.
