PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make half holes on both sides of forms usable as they are opened in the beginning until the end, make the forms durable by waterproofing these half holes, and facilitate the return of the forms since separators come to both sides of the forms. SOLUTION: Half holes are opened on both sides of forms 12a-f, and the hole 13 itself is large enough for a beacon to pass. Since half hole 13×2 = round hole 18 does not serve for whirl stop, whirl stop is obtained by a separate method. There is therefore no need to open holes for whirl stop every time. Since these half holes 13 also come to the side faces of the forms 12a-f, these half holes 13 can be waterproofed so as to prevent water from entering the forms 12a-f, thereby making the forms 12a-f durable. Furthermore, in the case of performing the return work of the forms 12a-f, return work is facilitated since separators come to both sides of the forms 12a-f.
