PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the wear of each part caused by vibration by together providing a plurality of air bags expanded and contracted by a pressure fluid and constituting a part support means so as to subject the same to clamping means when the air bags are started. SOLUTION: A first air bag 23 is interposed between support blocks within the housing connected to the support blocks attached to the rear surface of a vibration plate 13 to arrange a slide block so as to be capable of slightly lift the same. Further, a second air bag 25 is interposed between the slide block and a central block 14 and made freely movable left and right against a return spring 26. The engaging pawl 27A of the clamp lever 27 suspended from the slide block is made freely engageable with the through-hole (a) of a first part A. By this constitution, a clamp means 20 is formed. Further, the position of the slide block is made freely alterable by the respective air bags 23, 25 expanded by air. |
