<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal recovering device having a high working efficiency by mechanizing the work and almost perfectly recovering metal content from metallic scrap. SOLUTION: In the metal recovering device, in which a cylindrical furnace body 1 is supported by a base frame 14 at both end parts alternately and vertically movably and constituted with a water cooling body 2 at the upper half furnace body and with a crucible 3 of heat-insulating structure at the lower half furnace body, and metal scrap stirring blades 20 and a residual ash (produced slag) stirring blade 21 are fixed to a rotary shaft 18 arranged in the furnace body, the rotary shaft is supported shiftably in a prescribed range in the axial direction. At the lower end of the rotary shaft, a plug 22 for opening/closing a molten metal discharging hole bored at the center of the crucible bottom having a spherical shape, is arranged and the residual ash stirring blade 21 is formed as a spiral blade. Further, the bottom body of the crucible is connected in a hinge type through a connecting member so as to be freely openable/closable.</p> |
