The invention relates to biotechnology and is concerned to the production of the tylosine - the macrolidic antibiotics, applicable in agriculture. The summary of the proposed invention consists in the fact, that the culture - producer is grown in optimum conditions, the mycelium is separated, the filtrate of the culture liquid is demineralizated, the tylosine is sorptioned out of the demineralizated filtrate with the acid cationic exchanger into sodium (sodium zeolite softening process) - the hydrogenous form, the tylosine is eluted with the two - substituted sodium phosphate, the received eluate is alcalified up to pH 9,0-10,5, the precipitated crystals are separated, they are dissolved in the acid equimolar solution, the solution is demineralizated and is dried. The technical result of the invention consists in rising the separation efficiency of the tylosine with 70 - 85% up to 97% .
