PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject method by heating each food in foods packed in a container, in which two or more kinds of different foods are housed in one container, under a suitable condition corresponding to the properties of the housed foods, respectively and supplying the foods at the optimum temperatures, respectively to a customer. SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave energy distribution in a microwave oven is freely adjustable. Foods packed in a container are provided with container 10. Buckwheat noodles are housed in a buckwheat noodle storage region 11 in the container 10 and a sealed bag is housed in a soup storage range 12. The food packed in the container is frozen as the whole. The food 5 packed in a container is placed on a fixed place of a tray 31 in such a way that the buckwheat noodle storage region 11 of the container 10 is arranged in zones 32c and 32d high in electromagnetic wave energy of the microwave oven and the soup storage region 12 in a zone 32b low in the electromagnetic wave energy of the microwave oven 30. Then the food 5 packed in the container is heated so that the buckwheat noodles 1 and the soup reach fixed temperatures, respectively. |
