摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to act a getter effect and to decrease the amt. of the Mg to be used by supplying Mg vapor to a heating furnace in a condition range of P and T satisfying a prescribed relation when the pressure in the heating furnace is defined as P and the product temp. as T. SOLUTION: The pressure in the heating furnace is defined as P (Pa) and the product temp. as T ( deg.C) in brazing of the aluminum products to be executed in vacuum by using an Al-Si brazing filler metal and both are so set as to satisfy P<=3.5×10<-5> T-7.1×10<3> (300 deg.C<=T<=620 deg.C). The Mg vapor is supplied at >=1×10<-5> g/litter.min and <=1×10<3> g/litter.min under this condition range. The supply of the Mg is controlled in such a manner, by which the getter effect of the Mg is more effectively acted and the amt. of the Mg to be used is decreased without impairing the vacuum brazability.
