摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily produce a joined body having a desired shape by porous sintered metallic bodies while preventing the change from the structures of their joined part by bringing the surfaces to be joined into tight contact with each other, then sintering the surfaces at the time of joining the porous sintered metallic bodies having a foamed structure. SOLUTION: The joint surfaces of the porous sintered metallic bodies to be joined are butted against each other in tight contact with each other and are sintered at the time of producing the products having the various shapes by joining the porous sintered metallic bodies having the foamed structure obtd. by molding a foamable slurry contg. 5 to 80wt.% fine powder of metals and alloys having an average grain size of <=500μm, 2 to 10wt.% water-soluble resin binder, such as methyl cellulose, as a binder 0.5 to 5wt.% foaming agent, such as hydrocarbon-based org. solvent of 5 to 8C, such as pentane, and 0.5 to 3wt.% surfactant, such as alkyl benzene sulfonate to a planar shape, etc., and subjecting the moldings to drying and sintering. The porous sintered metallic products having the various shapes with the decreased changes in the structures of the adhered parts are easily produced without using adhesives for the joint surfaces.
