PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spool which does not produce a bent at the intersection of a fine wire even if the fine wire is wound in multiple layers. SOLUTION: In a cylindrical spool for winding a fine wire of (r) mm in radius in multiple layers, when the fine wire wound around the spool is bent in a limit bending angle θ, if the wire made of metal produces plastic deformation at the bent part, the outer radius (R)mm of the spool is sent in the range satisfying the condition, R>=[ 1+cos(θ/2)}/ 1-cos(θ/2)}]×r. |
