PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the rising characteristic of operation liquid pressure generated in response to control torque to be changed on the way and also the lowering characteristic thereof to be changed on the way. SOLUTION: When the first liquid chamber R1 connected to a power cylinder, the second liquid chamber R2 connected to a liquid pressure supply route L2 and the third liquid chamber R3 connected to a discharge route L3 are formed and when a thrust F is applied to a drain poppet 40, a drain seal part S2 is closed and simultaneously an inlet seal part S1 is opened and the liquid pressure inside of the first liquid chamber R1 is increased according to the thrust F. And when the thrust F is increased furthermore, the liquid pressure increase rate inside of the first liquid chamber 1 is changed by moving a case 20 to the left side, meanwhile, when the thrust F is decreased, the inlet seal part S1 is closed and at the same time, the drain seal part S2 is opened so as to reduce the liquid pressure inside of the first liquid chamber 1, and furthermore, when the thrust F is decreased, the liquid pressure decrease rate inside of the first liquid chamber 1 is changed by moving the case 20 to the right side moving limit position. |
