PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately stack paper sheets by providing a paper sheet delivery member under a stacking part so as to deliver paper sheets approximately in a vertical direction and further providing an elastic member above the paper sheet delivery member in such a state as faced thereto for absorbing the energy of paper sheets released from the paper sheet delivery member. SOLUTION: The bill receipt and delivery aperture 1 of a cash dispenser or the like for receiving and delivering bills P from and to customers is fitted with a lower shutter 2 and an upper shutter 3 in such a state as freely opened and closed, and the bills P are delivered to a stacking part 5 having a picker roller 9 in an arrow (e) direction on the rotation of a delivery roller and a feed roller laid under the stacking part 5. In this case, when the delivered bills P collide with an elastic member 10 from an arrow (d) direction, the kinetic energy thereof are absorbed via the deformation of the elastic member 10, and the bills P are made to bounce downward. Also, a tongue roller 8 rotates in an arrow (b) direction, and the tongue piece thereof hits the lower side of the bills P, thereby turning up the side edges thereof. |
