PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of global environment due to sludge or industrial waste and to save natural resources by using molten slag as aggregate. SOLUTION: Molten slag 3 generated by melting crude refuse from home, dry sludge of industrial waste or incinerated ash at a high temperature is used as aggregate of first cement mixture, and hence the slag 3 is exposed on the surface of an upper layer 1. Since the slag 3 has many bubble holes on the surface and in the interior, when it is polished until the surface becomes smooth, many large and small recesses 4 are exhibited due to the holes on the polished surface. The surface is coated with third cement mixture 5, filled in the recesses 4, cured, then the mixture 5 is ground and polished. Then, the surface of the layer 1 is appeared, and the surface of the slag 3 becomes smooth by filling the mixture 5 in the recesses 4, and the part is appeared with various large and small spotted pattern. |
