PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide minimization of a device by opening the communicating port of an air passage to an operation pressure chamber at the front side partitioned by a power piston furnishing a diaphragm, in the axial direction by detouring the front end of a valve body. SOLUTION: In a tandem type pneumatic pressure type booster device, the inside of a shell main body 1 is divided into the front and the rear chambers by a center shell 2, and each chamber is divided into negative chambers 7 and 8, and operation pressure chambers 9 and 10, by power pistons 5 and 6 furnishing diaphragms 3 and 4. To a valve body 13 to support the inner ends of the power pistons 5 and 6, a pair of air passages 16 to communicate the operation pressure chambers 9 and 10 are formed in the axial direction. And a communicating port 16a communicating to the operation pressure chamber 9 at the front side is communicated to an axial direction hole 16c through a detour passage 16b in the radius direction formed at the front end of the valve body 13. Consequently, the assembling position of the valve body 13 to the center shell 2 can be displaced sufficiently to the front side of the valve body 13, so as to realize the minimization of the valve body 13. |
