<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the width and thickness dimensions of a kneaded rubber sheet by controlling the rotational speed of a screw and/or a roller die so that the bank pressure obtained by subtracting stored initial pressure from the output of a force sensor becomes set bank pressure at a time of extrusion. SOLUTION: When an operation start command is started, the output of a load cell 40 at a time when the kneaded rubber in a bank part is zero is read as initial pressure Pon through an A/D converter to be stored and renewed in an RAM. Next, after a screw is started, a proper amt. of kneaded rubber is extruded to the bank part by the start of extrusion before a roller die 21 is started. Next, the output Psi of the load cell 40 is read and the stored initial pressure Pon is subtracted from the output Psi of the load cell to calculate bank pressure Pi . A control signal controlling the rotational speed of the screw and the roller die 21 is outputted so that the calculated bank pressure Pi becomes set bank pressure.</p> |
