POLYESTER FILM FOR LINING LAMINATE METALLIC CAN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester film for lining a laminate metallic can which is free from flawing of the film in the can-making process. SOLUTION: The film is a biaxially oriented polyester film having a surface roughness (Ra) of 0.03-0.2μm. In a preferred embodiment, the number of break projections on the surface of the film is 200/mm or less.
