PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the film thickness precision of a tubular article, and in addition, reduce the loss of a resin by a method wherein while rotating a core body, a liquid heat-resistant resin of a specified viscosity is continuously fed by a dispenser onto the external surface or the internal surface of the core body, and a coated layer is formed by spirally winding the heat-resistant resin. SOLUTION: For a tubular article, on the external surface or the internal surface of a core body 4 which is a molding die, a liquid heat-resistant resin 3 which may contain an inorganic filler when desired is coated. Then, after solidifying or hardening the coated liquid-form heat-resistant resin 3 until the formed coated layer has a strength at least to hold the structure as a tubular article, the tubular article is taken out from the core body 4 to manufacture the tubular article. Then, while rotating the core body 4, on the surface or the internal surface of the core body 4, the liquid form heat-resistant resin 3 of which the viscosity is 10-15,000 poises at 25 deg.C, is continuously fed by a dispenser 1, and in addition, a nozzle 2 of the dispenser 1 is moved in the rotating axis direction of the core body 4. By doing so, the heat-resistant resin 3 is spirally wound to form the coated layer. |
