PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain the subject composition excellent in resistance to heat deterioration, vibration-proofness with low tanδand resistance to vibrational fatigue, thus useful for automotive rubber parts, etc., comprising a specific copolymer rubber, a specific dinitrodiamine compound and carbon black at a specified proportion. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a random copolymer rubber obtained from (i) ethylene, (ii) a 3-20Cα-olefin and (iii) at least one kind of branched-chain polyene compound of formula I ((n) is 1-5; R<1> is a 1-5C alkyl; R<2> and R<3> are each H or a 1-5C alkyl), (B) 0.5-5 pts.wt. of a dinitroamine compound of formula II (X is a divalent linear aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic group; R<1> is H or a linear aliphatic, alicyclic or aromatic group; R<2> and R<3> are the same as those in formula I, respectively) [pref. N,N'-bis(2- methyl-2-nitropropyl)-1,6-diaminohexane], and (C) 10-200 pts.wt. of carbon black.
