PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure safe reproduction for the fluctuation of the amount and quality of the collected particulate in a filter reproducing device by which particulate in exhaust gas is collected, by controlling the flow amount and oxygen concentration of gas for combustion. SOLUTION: Control means 27 controls a gas feeding means 16 and a value 20 which is an atmosphere introducing amount regulating means so as to control the flow amount and oxygen concentration of gas for combustion. Hereby, the temperature of a filter 4 may not be excessively raised so that particulate can be efficiently burnt in a short time.
