<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a delivery instruction mistake made by an operator in an automatic warehouse provided between a parts production line and an assembly line and to prevent a reduction in the quality of parts caused by long-time leaving therein. SOLUTION: In a solid automatic warehouse 4 provided between the parts production line 1 of automobile manufacturing facilities and a vehicle assembly line 6, an alarm is issued so as to alert an operator 10 when the leaving time of parts 2 housed in each parts housing part exceeds an allowable leaving time and thus, the long-time leaving of the parts 2 in the solid automatic warehouse 4 is prevented, a reduction in the quality of the parts 2 is prevented and a delivery instruction mistake made by the operator 10 is reduced or prevented.</p> |
