PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hollow molded product having a liquid crystal polymer layer by allowing a part of a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer layer to penetrate into the cavity of a part in a laminated fluoroplastic porous body layer and bonding both layers with specific peel strength. SOLUTION: Fluoroplastic porous films B-1, B-2 are respectively brought into contact with both surfaces of a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer sheet or a liquid crystal polymer sheet A composed of a thermoalloy containing a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer under pressure and heating to thermally bond the liquid crystal polymer sheet A of which the surface part is at least melted and the unmelted porous films B-1, B-2 under pressure. By this thermal pressure bonding, the melt of the liquid crystal polymer sheet A penetrates into the cavities of the porous films B and at least a part of the cavity volume of the porous films is impregnated (filled) with the melt (polymer) of the liquid crystal polymer sheet A. The peel strength of the liquid polymer layer A and the porous layers B-1, B-2 is set to 0.5kg/cm or more. |
