Disclosed is a head drum apparatus which can be easily assembled and in which a rotating shaft(1) can be easily inserted into a rotating shaft insert hole(27') of the head drum apparatus. The head drum apparatus comprises an upper drum(2') press-fitted into an upper portion of rotating shaft(1), a lower drum(5) which is rotatably coupled to a lower portion of rotating shaft(1), a rotor transformer contact surface(24') formed at an underside of upper drum(2'), and a bearing resting surface(26'). Rotor transformer contact surface(24') is disposed at the same horizontal plane as bearing resting surface(26'). The upper drum(2') consists of an upper drum body(31) and a flange(32). Rotor transformer contact surface(24') and bearing resting surface(26') are formed at a lower surface of flange(32).
