The invention is related to an apparatus for medical use, more particularly for abdominal general surgery which allows a surgeon to perform a small incision of up to 5.5 cm in a gall bladder surgery, and make reliable knots in deep zones of abdominal operations, many of which are difficult to access. The apparatus may be used by any surgeon and can be handled with any of the user's fingers.
