<p>The invention refers to a drying fabric (V) to be used in a drying section (C1-C3) having a closed transference in a paper manufacturing machine. The drying fabric has a thread woven structure, a surface referred to as paper side, said paper side being adapted to support, and rest against, a paper band (B) in the drying section. At least some of the thread contact surfaces, that are located on the drying fabric (V) paper side, and which rest against the paper band (B) during the drying fabric operation, are hydrophillic, thereby obtaining adhesion between the drying fabric and paper band.</p> |
