The lumbrokinase-immobilized biomaterials useful as an artificial heart and an artificial organ of circulatory system, were prepared. A polymer base such as natural rubber, synthetic rubber, silicon resin, cellulose, elastomer, polyurethane, hydrogel, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyester and nylon, was impregnated in a crosslinking agent such as maleic anhydride methyl vinyl ether copolymer, hexamethylene diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate to obtain a polymer-crosslinked sheet. Obtained sheet and the lumbrokinase selected from F-I-0, F-I-1, F-I-2, F-II, F-III-1, F-III-2 were reacted to give the lumbrokinase immobilized biomaterials.
