PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hotel reservation reception system and the management method capable of automatically managing reservation reception by providing a weight value calculation means using reservation results and staying results in the past. The parameter input part 4 preserves the inputted information in a weighted reservation information file 9. On the other hand, in the case of the customer with the reservation result, weighting reservation information for the reservation is calculated by a weighting processing part 3 and preserved in the weighted reservation information file 9. Then, a reservation number calculation/sales stop judgement part 17 takes out the weight received from the weighted reservation information file 9 and a reservation information file 7 and the lower limit value of the weight for defining one reservation and calculates a reservation established number. |
