PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct automatically request information from a viewer and to obtain the result of collection quickly. SOLUTION: A CPU 11a resets a real time ranking collection data table when a request reception start time comes and records the request in pairs with the reception time to the request logging data table in a CPU memory 11b upon the receipt of the request from a viewer telephone set 50 via a public telephone line 40 and a voice reply device 20. Then number of times of requests in the real time ranking collection table is counted up. Then music numbers in the order of requested numbers are sorted. Then display data are generated based on the number of requests and music titles corresponding to the music number and broadcast as a broadcast video image via a telop synthesizer 15 and a broadcast means 16.
