<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a radio LAN terminal to automatically acquire a cell ID and to suppress the excessive generation of cable frames. SOLUTION: When signal reception quality from a repeater device is deteriorated or at the time of power supply (100), the radio LAN terminal repetitively transmits (104) a connection request signal with the prescribed number of times as a limit (116). When a certification signal is radio-received (119) with sufficient signal reception quality (112) within prescribed time after the connection signals is transmitted, the cell ID of the repeater device transmitting the certification signal is acquired (118). When the certification signal cannot be received with sufficient signal reception quality even if standby for prescribed time and the prescribed number of the times of repetitive transmission are executed, the cell ID=FFFF of an adhoc network is acquired (130) and the collation of cell ID is stopped after that.</p> |
