<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a uniform beam in an extremely wide area from a continuous reflecting face. SOLUTION: A zone 21 in a first side of a reflector 20 has a reflecting face to form a converged beam whose boundary is determined by a first linear horizontal cut-off line positioned in one side of an entirely vertical standard flat face. A second zone 22 of the reflector extended in the opposing side of a base surface of the reflector has a reflecting face to produce a wide beam whose boundary is determined by a second linear horizontal cut-off line. The reflector 20 consists of a means to put a first cut-off line at, for example, a higher level of a cut-off half plane in order to offset the light beams in the vertical direction.</p> |
