<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the consumption of a power source when a shake correction driving part is started and to prevent mechanical vibration from generating when it is stopped. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a shake detection part 3 detecting shake, an image blurring correction optical system 2 correcting image blurring, the shake correction driving part 4 driving the optical system 2, a shake correction control part 21 arithmetically operating the target position signal of the optical system 2, based on the output of the detection part 3, and controlling the driving part 4, based on the target position signal, and a gain controller 32 changing the target position signal when the driving part 4 is started or stopped.</p> |
