PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the positioning of plural mirrors whose reflecting surfaces are positioned on different planes, to improve positional accuracy and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: This unit is equipped with a cover 33 equipped with plural apertures 331, 332 and 333 arranged to follow a 1st pattern on a scheduled focusing surface where a subject image is formed or near the front and the back of the focusing surface; a CCD line sensor equipped with plural sensor areas 471, 472 and 473 arranged to follow a 2nd pattern having relative directivity different from the 1st pattern for the aperture on an image reformed surface where the subject image is formed again or near the front and the back of the image reformed surface; and plural mirrors 371, 372, 373, 382 and 383 deflecting luminous fluxes transmitted through the respective apertures so as to agree with the relative directivity of the 2nd pattern in the respective sensor areas and reflecting them toward the sensor areas. |
