PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously sound plural musical sounds at a low cost and with a simple constitution by generating composite musical sounds corresponding to the state of designation of the detected musical sound based on the musical sound control information read out for every group. SOLUTION: By dividing timbre switches (20-1)-(20-9) into three groups of a first group composed of five timbre switches, a second group composed of three timbre switches and a third group composed of one timbre switch, timbre control data, for generating a single or plural mixed musical sounds corresponding to the timbre designating state complied with all applicable combination by single operation and combined operation of the timbre switches belonging to the group for every group, are stored in a timbre control data storage part. Three musical channels corresponding to the respective three groups are provided in a tone generator 22 and one musical sound is generated by mixing the musical sounds generated by the respective three musical sound channels. |
