摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly bring a load into the operating state before power interruption by stopping the output of an uninterruptible power source in response to the time till the power recovery when the commercial power source of the uninterruptible power source having power rectifier and inverter facility, a charging facility and a storage battery is interrupted. SOLUTION: When the output of the uninterruptible power source 1 cannot be maintained due to the accident of a power source 2, a controller 8 reverses the output of a storage battery 6, and supplies power to a load 10. Simultaneously, a power interruption signal 12 or the voltage drop signal 13 of the battery 6 is sent to the load 10. When the power is recovered in a short time such as a short power interruption, the operation is continued, and the normal system of the load 10 is stopped. When the machine 10 is recovered during the system stop processing, the power supply from the battery 6 is stopped, the power source 1 is returned to the normal operation by the power from the power source 2, and the stopping operation of the machine 10 is completed. The power source 1 is so operated as not to disconnect an inverter 4 and a bypass circuit 7 until the load machine is completely reset. Thus, the reliable restart can be conduced in response to the length of the power interruption time.
